Private Pay

HSA/FSA Funds
Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) help save on healthcare costs by allowing the use of pre-tax dollars for medical expenses. Using HSA and FSA funds can make Speech Therapy more affordable by offering tax benefits and reducing out-of-pocket expenses.
ESA Funds
The Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) program gives eligible Arizona families the opportunity to customize their child's education, including covering the costs of Speech Therapy services using ESA funds. We are an Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) Vendor and can accept ESA funds through ClassWallet. Do We Accept Medical Insurance?
The answer is no, we are currently not in network with any contracting insurance company and we operate on a private pay basis only. However, we do offer options for those with insurance. Field Pediatric Speech Therapy can provide what is known as a Superbill, which would allow a client to seek reimbursement of services through insurance benefits. The client and/or family would be required to verify with their insurance company if this is an option. We are considered out of network with all insurance companies. Why Private Pay Only?
Private pay options allow for flexibility and creative solutions when providing services. Insurance companies often dictate the number and duration of services and occasionally do not cover speech services at all. By accepting private pay options only, we do not require referrals or prior authorizations
